Last week I have been in Mongolia by business. When I was in Mongolia I did't have much time to watch TV, once at night I watched Mongolian TV show Best Universe Songs.The competition among non professional singers mainly students who sings foreign songs,in English, French, Korean, Japanese etc. I really did not knew such show in Mongolia but when I watched it first time was really enjoyed and proud of foreign language knowledge of Mongolian new generation.

I had a good time night before last !!

I went to the restaurant that RARARI.

I had a DASHI BUTA SHABU-SHABU.It was really delicious.

You know DASHI BUTA SHABU-SHABU ?

Extra thin pork slices are swished in boiling water for a few second.

Dipped it into a sauce.As the water turns to broth,vegetables are also added.

It was really delicious.

The Winter has arrived in Japan. There will be a long winter vacation from Dec 29th, 2010 to Jan 4th, 2011.

We will resume back to business on January 5th, 2011.

By the way, I am planning to wear a traditional Japanese clothing, KIMONO, on New Years Day.

This will be the first time to wear it for me.

The process of putting on the kimono is a bit complicated.

I have to learn a few steps first before I can dress myself.

I need to practice wearing it before the New Year!

New year is just around the corner!!!

I have to hurry!!
